1 Corinthians 12:12-31 (verses 12-13 displayed)

For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.

Every single block in this quilt is different and unique, each one joined by a common border, just as we are all different and unique, with our common bond being Jesus Christ. The hugs and kisses signify our love for each other, the X’s being the kisses and the O’s and hearts in the quilting being the hugs. Our love for each other should only be next to our love for the Lord.
