DAY 12: OUR CHURCH: FAMILIES
“but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”—Joshua 24:15
Pray for families by name, asking the Lord to bless their homes as they raise up their children in the way they should go so that when they are older, they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6) Pray for creativity during this season of the coronavirus for how to handle schoolwork along side their own work. Pray for Christ’s love to shape and mold each person in the household to love one another with sacrificial love. Pray for restoration to those households that are struggling emotionally, physically, or financially, that the Lord would heal their land. Particularly pray for single parents that they will find support and help in this time of need.
“Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.”—Ephesians 4:32
