DAY 14: OUR CHURCH: THOSE BATTLING ILLNESS

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

Pray for those you know that are battling serious illnesses during this pandemic.  Pray for protection from the coronavirus and other infections as they enter hospitals for office visits, scans, and surgeries. Pray that the Lord would be in the room with them as family members are not allowed in. Pray that the light of Jesus would shine through to staff members, that God would give them peace and comfort in the midst, that He would bring healing to their bodies, and that their walk with Christ would deepen during this time of suffering.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!”—Psalm 91:1-2
