The Wisdom of Diligence
- How would you describe the word “diligence?” What pictures does the word conjure up in your mind? Does the word have positive or negative connotations for you? Why?
- What is the balance between God’s work and human responsibility? Can you explain or defend your answer from scripture?
- Is your life of diligence well integrated into every part of your life or are there areas where you are more diligent than other parts? Do you struggle with a secular/sacred split in your thinking and living?
