What to Expect When You Arrive at ClearView with COVID-19 Restrictions

Your health and safety are among our core priorities as we welcome the church body back into our facility this fall season. In an effort to comply with public health guidelines and also make this a positive and welcoming experience for you as best as possible, we have established a list of precautions we will be taking in our facility over the coming months, many of which have already been in use this summer.

What to expect when you arrive at ClearView:

  • Requesting the use of a face covering when walking about the facility
  • Family units distanced in the sanctuary
  • Disinfectant resources available in multiple locations
  • Additional air purification in various spaces in the facility, including the sanctuary
  • Doors ajar wherever possible to limit contact with surfaces
  • No baskets or other service elements passed around in the service
  • Use of a commercial-grade disinfecting system to wipe and “mist” surfaces and rooms throughout the facility
  • Use of a sign system on every door to indicate if an area has been used and needs to be cleaned

In addition, our Greenhouse ministry is taking these steps with our children as they are here in the facility:

  • Temperature checks
  • Hand sanitizing stations in each classroom
  • Face coverings when walking around and checking in and out
  • Children remain in “cohorts” (their own small group) the whole time
  • Requesting no mingling when checking out
  • Sanitizing all toys and surfaces after use

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us in the church office. We hope to see you at one of our services!
