For our Good Friday service on April 10, 2020, we explored the concept of lament through various Scripture readings from Psalm 22, hymns and songs, and times of prayer. Throughout this collaborative arts service, this piece was created live. As we continue to live in the midst of our fallenness in this world, we have the hope of the cross; Jesus has paid for our redemption as sons and daughters of God, and we can lament with purpose, hope, and a future glory.
