DAY 7: PERSONAL PRAYER: OUR NEIGHBORS
“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?’. And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
–Matthew 22:36-37.
Beginning with your closest neighbors, pray for each of them by name. If they know the Lord personally, pray that they will be strengthened and encouraged. If they do not know the Lord, pray that they will believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and that they will accept Him as their Savior.
“And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son does not have the life.”—I John 5:11-12
